We are seeking a warm, dedicated, and passionate Infant Teacher to join our loving team in one of the most rewarding roles in our center. In this special position, you’ll foster the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of our youngest learners, aged newborn to one years, as they take their first steps in a nurturing, supportive environment. With our exceptional 1:4 teacher-to-child ratio, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with each child, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and inspired to grow.
Our center is a home away from home, led by a compassionate and experienced leadership team, including a Director who has been with us since day one and hands-on owners who work on-site to support our mission. Our dedicated Director of Education is here to empower our teachers, providing tailored curriculum support, supply shopping, classroom observations, and time for planning and reflection. With a large team of tenured educators, you’ll be surrounded by professionals who share your passion for early childhood education and are committed to creating a warm, collaborative environment.

  • Experience in childcare or preschool settings, with strong communication skills to connect with children and their families.
  • A positive, engaging attitude to create a joyful classroom of up to 8 infants.

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with caring for children.

  • We have three full-time managers on site and two on-site owners to support our staff of 38 employees
